1. What is a typical time-frame for solar installation from the time I pay the amount?
The implementation timelines depends on the size and complexity of the installation. Typically it will take anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks for residential system and 8 to 12 weeks for large commercial systems, from the time the customer makes the advance payment
2. Will you be sharing the system design with me?
We will be sharing a detail techno commercial proposal post the site survey with you.
3. Will you be guiding and supporting me on the various options and government schemes?
We will hand hold you through the entire process of solar installation and beyond that in upkeep and maintenance of your solar system.
4. Will there be any charges if, after site survey, I decide to not pursue Solar system installation?
No. There wont be any charge even if you decide not to pursue solar system installation
5. Who will be managing Mescom approvals and procedure?
We will be managing Mescom procedures on customer's behalf.
